Backbone MRP End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement between the users and Custom Intelligence, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") for the use of Backbone MRP (the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business operations, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Do not modify or create derivative works
• Do not rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software
• Do not use it for unlawful purposes
• Do not bypass security features

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Custom Intelligence, LLC.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

All data stored in the database and files linked in Backbone belong to the user.

5. Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates or new features. These are subject to this Agreement. Maintenance and support are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

6. Term and Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you violate the terms. You must stop using the Software and delete any copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
